Cenrac is a duly authorized entity by the Ministry of Justice and Peace and DINARAC, to administer extrajudicial mediation processes,where clients can resolve different legal conflicts, ranging from labor to commercial issues and any other matters of interest to a Company in a quicker way than going to court.
Mediation is a form of assisted negotiation in which potential ways of settling a conflict are sought, and the agreement of the parties resulting from this mediation has the effect of res iudicata, also known as “claim preclusion.” This character prevents a party from later re-litigating a claim, and the agreement has the same value of a court resolution in case of non-compliance.
