y en espa\u00f1ol como cliente inc\u00f3gnito o encubierto es un m\u00e9todo utilizado para medir el desempe\u00f1o de personas trabajadoras mediante un m\u00e9todo que una persona se hace pasar por un cliente y se le pide que realice ciertas conductas para medir el modo de actuaci\u00f3n de las personas trabajadoras y luego darle el resultado a la parte patronal para que tome las medidas del caso de mejora en servicio al cliente o procesos, pero \u00bfSe puede sancionar ante faltas detectadas?<br><br>Lo primero que se debe tener en consideraci\u00f3n es que la persona trabajadora DEBE saber que ese es uno de los m\u00e9todos que se van a utilizar para valorar ciertos indicadores de desempe\u00f1o para servicio al cliente o gesti\u00f3n de procesos y deben utilizarse par\u00e1metros de medici\u00f3n objetivos.<br><br>Estos par\u00e1metros objetivos implica que la persona trabajadora se le debe capacitar de manera clara y oportunamente sobre c\u00f3mo debe realizar su labor y diversos procedimientos para su atenci\u00f3n al cliente y tambi\u00e9n que tenga certeza que en caso de ser evaluada su labor se pueda fijar los elementos que ser\u00edan sujetos a revisi\u00f3n como por ejemplo:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tiempo de respuesta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00e9rminos utilizados.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respeto y cortes\u00eda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uso adecuado del uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oportuna manipulaci\u00f3n de los productos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La parte patronal debe tener claro que inducir a la persona trabajadora a que realice una actuaci\u00f3n que es solicitada a un &#8220;actor&#8221; o &#8220;actriz&#8221; para medir comportamiento o conducta mediante este m\u00e9todo para sancionar podr\u00eda ser desproporcionado e ir contrario al principio de buena fe, por lo que no se recomienda que sea un m\u00e9todo para sancionar pero s\u00ed para brindar oportunidades de mejora en el desempe\u00f1o.<br><br>No es que no se pueda utilizar este m\u00e9todo en un juicio laboral, el tema es la aplicaci\u00f3n OBJETIVA de esta evaluaci\u00f3n.<br><br>En caso de requerir soporte con este tema ser\u00e1 un gusto poder servirle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Es un m\u00e9todo usado en varios pa\u00edses conocido en ingl\u00e9s como &#8220;Mistery Shopper&#8221;
